Tumski Hotel VIP’s rowing regatta – 10th edition
International Commission for Protection Oder Against Pollution ranked on 7th place.
On 19 June 2011 there took place the 10th edition of VIP’s rowing regatta, organized by Tumski Hotel. There were 19 teams, competing on the track between Peace Bridge and Tumski Bridge. The prize was a Cup of the President of Wroclaw. This event was aimed at promoting the values of recreation and tourism at Oder river. It also favored the integration of representatives of business, culture and science.
The competition was attended by institutions and organizations such as the Lower Silesian Tourist Organisation, Alior Bank, Lower Silesian Society of Tourism, Inland Waterways Authority, City Promotion Department, Pro Bono Culturae Foundation and once again the International Commission for Protection of the Oder against Pollution.

In this edition of the race, ICPO was represented by Anna Jędrzejczak and Konrad Rzatkiewicz, who after a fierce battle, ranked on the seventh position and thus improved the result of the ninth edition of the Regatta.
Podiums coincided with the Academy of Fine Arts (first place), Gondola Crew (second place) and Alior Bank (third place). The whole race followed the fair play rules and the atmosphere of common fun.
The culmination of the race was the award ceremony, which took place aboard the ship "Dryad", where guests were crossing the Oder and tasting refreshments prepared by the Tumski Hotel.

10th - VIP kayak regatta once again provided a lot of excellent sporting excitement and confirmed its strong position on the map of Wrocław events.
